First Trailer For DC’s Next Animated Movie, BATMAN: ASSAULT ON ARKHAM

With Son of Batman premiering tonight at WonderCon and arriving on home video in a few weeks, we finally have a first look at the next title in DC’s animated catalog. A trailer for this summer’s Assault on Arkham, which is set in the universe of the Batman: Arkham video game series, is now online. Surprisingly, it appears that the Suicide Squad plays a big role in this movie, featuring members such as Harley Quinn, Deadshot, and King Shark. Characters such as Amanda Waller, Joker, and of course Batman himself are also present.

Kevin Conroy returns to voice Batman in Assault on Arkham, while the cast also consists of Neal McDonough, Hynden Walch, and Matthew Gray Gubler. Justice League: War‘s Jay Oliva returns to direct. More details should be announced in the near future, so stay tuned for more as we have it.
