First Official Look At BATMAN V SUPERMAN: DAWN OF JUSTICE’s Batmobile In All Its Glory

While it has been glimpsed in a couple of official images, the Batmobile that will be driven by the Dark Knight in Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice has recently been spotted on the film’s set, giving us a closer look at the iconic vehicle. Of course, these set photos didn’t do the latest cinematic incarnation of Batman’s ride justice (no pun intended). Luckily, director Zack Snyder decided to remedy that with his latest tease for the highly anticipated superhero team-up.

Taking to Twitter once more, Snyder shared the latest promotional image from Batman v Superman, giving us our best look at the movie’s Batmobile to date. This take on the vehicle looks to be a cross between Tim Burton’s iteration from his two Batman films and Christopher Nolan’s Tumbler from The Dark Knight Trilogy, adopting the heavy weaponry of the latter and sleeker body of the former. It has also been compared to the Batmobile seen in the upcoming Batman: Arkham Knight video game, which can be pictured above. Batman v. Superman: Dawn of Justice is scheduled to hit theaters March 25th, 2016.
