PAN's Levi Miller Set to Join SUPERGIRL Cast

Supergirl casting
news for your Monday evening.  This time
it’s not a super-powered hero or villain but rather a boy who has the chance to
befriend Kara.  So, who better to
befriend Supergirl than Peter Pan?
Meet twelve year old, Levi Miller. Hailing from Brisbane,
Australia, Levi will make his feature film debut later this year as the title
character in Joe Wright’s Pan, which
was produced by Supergirl EP, Greg
Berlanti.  (In addition to Berlanti, Pan is written by Wonder Woman screenwriter Jason Fuchs
and stars Suicide Squad’s Cara
Delevingne.)  Prior to Pan, Miller had roles in some short
films and on the short-lived Fox series, Terra
Nova
. (imdb)
He will be playing Cat Grant’s son, “Carter.”  “Sensitive and shy,” Carter “couldn’t be more
different from his mom.” In his debut episode, Kara will babysit Carter and he
will reveal his true feelings for Supergirl.
Berlanti had this to say about the casting: “We loved
working with him so much on Pan, we were
excited to bring him into Supergirls
universe.  He’s an exceptional young
actor and a part of the Berlanti Productions family. It will be fun for
audiences, who we know will fall in love with him as Peter in Pan on Oct 9, to see his range with his turn as Calista
Flockhart’s American son.”
Cat Grant has a son in the comics named, Adam who is at one
point murdered by the Toyman aka Winslow Schott.  Whether this has changed because Adam was
murdered by a character from Supergirl’s
main cast or not will remain to be seen.
In the meantime, Levi Miller will debut on Supergirl in episode four.
