New German TV Spot for BATMAN V SUPERMAN: DAWN OF JUSTICE; Runtime Revealed?

As we draw closer to the release of Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice, television spots will soon air as a part of Warner Bros.’ marketing campaign. The first comes in the form of a German promo. While not in the highest quality, the promo features new footage of both Superman and Batman in action.

Additionally, it looks like preorders for Batman v Superman tickets are now available in Germany. On a German website (via DC Comics Movie), a potential runtime is listed. Apparently, the runtime for Batman v Superman is 151 minutes, aka 2 hours and 31 minutes. This is eight minutes longer than the last film, Man of Steel. This sounds plausible, as Dawn of Justice has a lot going on in terms of characters and storylines. A 2.5 hour runtime should be perfect for incorporating and balancing it all.

Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice is scheduled to hit theaters March 25th, 2016. The second installment in the DC Extended Universe stars Ben Affleck, Henry Cavill, Amy Adams, Jesse Eisenberg, Diane Lane, Laurence Fishburne, Jeremy Irons, Holly Hunter and Gal Gadot. Zack Snyder directs from a script by Chris Terrio and David S Goyer.
