Suicide Squad is now in its sixth weekend of release. So far, the DC film has had solid legs at the box office, surpassing $300 million domestically last week. This weekend, Warner Bros.’ Sully and other new releases came in, while Don’t Breathe is still doing well. How has Squad performed this weekend? According to Box Office Mojo, Suicide Squad went down to #4 this weekend with an estimated $5.7 million gross. This brings its domestic intake to an impressive $307.4 million. Casting is well underway for Warner Bros.’ The Flash movie. Ezra Miller reprises his role as the Scarlet Speedster, with Kiersey Clemons playing Iris West. Rick Famuyiwa is directing. One-Day Theatrical Release for BATMAN: RETURN OF THE CAPED CRUSADERS Announced

Over the four-day Labor Day weekend, the movie grossed $12.7 million, maintaining its #2 position. The film is now at $300.1 million domestically and $378.1 million. Earlier this summer, Greg Berlanti confirmed that he was developing a movie starring DC’s Booster Gold, with the potential to direct. Berlanti is known for his work on all four of The CW’s DC television shows, which make up the Arrowverse. Booster Gold will mark his second DC movie, following 2011’s Green Lantern. Unfortunately, it sounds like Booster Gold will be completely separate from the rest of Warner Bros.’ DC films.
