New York Comic-Con is in just a couple of weeks, and Warner Bros. Home Entertainment has some big plans. It has been announced (via Comic Book Resources) that the studio’s next two animated DC films, Batman: Return of the Caped Crusaders and Justice League Dark, will have panels at the convention.

As previously announcedReturn of the Caped Crusaders will hold its world premiere on Thursday, October 6th at 5:30 PM. The screening will be followed by a Q&A session with star Adam West and director Rick Morales, along with screenwriters/producers Michael Jelenic and James Tucker. WB Animation president Sam Register is monitoring the panel.

After NYCC, Return of the Caped Crusaders – which also stars Burt Ward as Robin and Julie Newmar as Catwoman – will be screened in select theaters on Monday, October 10th. The movie will then be available for digital download on October 11th, ahead of its Blu-Ray/DVD release on November 1st.

Meanwhile, on Saturday, October 8th, WB Home Entertainment will hold a panel for Justice League Dark. The panel will debut the first footage from the film. (Fingers crossed we get a trailer online during this time.) Stars Jason O’Mara and Matt Ryan will be in attendance, alongside Tucker, director Jay Oliva, and designer Phil Bourassa.

Justice League Dark also stars Camilla Luddington as Zatanna, Nicholas Turturro as Boston Brand/Deadman, and Ray Chase as Jason Blood/Etrigan. The film will be released on home video early next year.
