Swamp Thing and Black Canary Join The INJUSTICE 2 Roster

Injustice 2’s roster is continuing to expand. With new characters like Blue Beetle, Brainiac and Poison Ivy set to appear, it looks like we’ll have a plethora of heroes and villains to choose from. Today we have a look at two characters making their Injustice debut. Black Canary and Swamp Thing have joined the fight! Fans have wanted to play as these two ever since day one, and now they have their chance. Check out their trailers down below to see them in action!

Dinah Lance nearly sacrificed everything in her fight against the Regime but was forced to flee, before the fight was done. Now, with Batman restoring order, Black Canary has returned home to set things right, vowing to never again silence her canary’s cry.

Black Canary has a very up close brawler like fighting style. With her training coming from Wild Cat, it makes sense that she is similar to a boxer. If that wasn’t enough Canary action, you can see 13 minutes of gameplay here.

We still don’t know what role Swamp Thing will play in the game, but it seems like he’s part of the resistance. Hopefully we’ll get more details soon.

Swamp Thing looks like a really interesting character. His fighting style looks like a mix of Bane and Solomon Grundy. Though he does look much faster than both of them.
