This ARROW Character is Appearing in the LEGENDS OF TOMORROW Season Finale

The second season finale for DC’s Legends of Tomorrow is now entering its last week of production. To celebrate executive producer Marc Guggenheim shared a list of the episode’s cast on Twitter. The list features the show’s main cast, along with the Legion of Doom and a few other guest stars (J.R.R. Tolkien?!).

But most interestingly, it confirms the presence of a key Arrowverse character in the episode, which is titled “Aruba.” Guggenheim previously teased this inclusion in an interview. So, who is it?

The cast lists reveals that Laurel Lance (Katie Cassidy) will appear in the Legends of Tomorrow finale. This comes after last summer’s news that Laurel will be a recurring character throughout all three of the main Arrowverse shows. Details on her role (and which version of the character) are under wraps.

As we all know by now, Earth-1 Laurel/Black Canary was killed off in Arrow‘s fourth season. She reappeared on the show this season, only to find out that it was her Earth-2 doppelganger, Black Siren, who we previously met on The Flash. Will this be the Laurel we see on Legends?

Another theory: Throughout the season, Sara has been seeking vengeance on Damien Darhk for killing her sister. What if, in the finale, Sara does kill Darhk, and that results in Laurel never dying in the first place? That would be the most obvious way to use time travel to undo Laurel’s death. But, we’ll wait and see what happens.

The Legends of Tomorrow season finale airs on Tuesday, April 4th at 9 PM EST on The CW.
