Black Mask Will Be the Main Villain of BIRDS OF PREY

Batman’s rogues gallery is one of the best in comics.With characters like Harley Quinn, Mr. Freeze, Bane, and of course the Joker, it’s easy for us to forget some one the lesser known baddies. It appears that Warner Brothers has finally realized that Batman has a plethora of villains at their disposal.

According to The Wrap, Black Mask will be the main villain in DC’s Birds of Prey. Black Mask is a crime lord in Gotham City who, you guessed it, wears a black mask. Roman Sionis (Blak Mask) has had a couple of different origin stories in the past. His most recent being the New 52’s version where he is a crime boss with a split personality disorder. He also teams up with the Penguin in a group called The Blacks and Whites.

Will Black Mask be the only villain in Birds of Prey or will Penguin make a long rumored appearance as well? We’ll have to wait and see.
