DC Universe Set to Launch on Batman Day, TITANS Premiere Announced

The DC Daily livestream took place tonight, where Kevin Smith gave fans an exclusive look inside DC Universe. Including in the livestream is a lot of news, including when the service launches and when we get to see its first original series.

DC Universe will launch on Saturday, September 15th, which falls on Batman Day. Basically, DC will be going all out on that day. A ton of classic movies and shows, ranging from Batman: The Animated Series to Lois & Clark to Wonder Woman, will be present at the launch.

Also announced was the premiere date for Titans, DC Universe’s first exclusive show. The series will first debut at New York Comic-Con on Wednesday, October 3rd, before premiering on DCU on Friday, October 12th. A new episode will premiere every Friday, and the season consists of 12 episodes in total.
