DARK PHOENIX Trailer Teases the X-Men’s Darkest Hour Yet

The marketing campaign for 20th Century Fox’s final (?) installment of the main X-Men saga, Dark Phoenix, is finally getting started. We saw the gorgeous motion poster earlier, and now, the trailer has been released via The Late Late Show with James Corden.

The trailer teases a dark installment of the franchise, as the X-Men are forced to fight their teammate Jean Grey, now consumed by Phoenix. Along the way, the X-Men will meet aliens, including Jessica Chastain’s mysterious character. Check out the trailer below, and stay tuned for more as we have it.

Dark Phoenix is scheduled to hit theaters on February 14th, 2019. The 12th installment of the X-Men series stars Sophie Turner, James McAvoy, Michael Fassbender, Jennifer Lawrence, Nicholas Hoult, Tye Sheridan, Alexandra Shipp, Kodi Smit-McPhee, Evan Peters, and Jessica Chastain.
