We Have Our First Look At Amazon’s THE BOYS

Are you a fan of comic books but have lost track of every adaptation that has been announced or is on its way? If so, then I have some good news for you. The trailer for the Amazon produced TV adaptation of The Boys just released its the first trailer. In this world, Superheroes has become corrupted due to their celebrity status. Because of this, the US government have put a group of super-powered humans called The Boys to keep these “heroes” in check.

While the trailer didn’t show much, I think it made a good job presenting the atmosphere and tone. The show starts actors like Karl Urban (Lord of the Rings), Karen Fukuhara (Suicide Squad) and Laz Alonso (Avatar) among others. 

The Boys will premiere on Amazon Prime in 2019.
