Speaking with MTV, The Rock offered an update on Shazam and Black Adam, while teasing DC Films’ ongoing efforts to expand the cinematic universe. “We’ve had great discussions with Geoff Johns over at DC. Manu Bennett’s Deathstroke Will Return in ARROW Season 5 Finale

The Injustice 2 comic explores what went down after Superman’s reign. THR sat down with writer Tom Taylor for more details. The Injustice: Gods Among Us comics told stories across the DC Universe. Characters and subplots that weren’t necessarily a part of the main story, but it made the universe feel much bigger than what the game showed us. They gave it a sense of scale. THE LEGO BATMAN MOVIE Finally Passes $300 Million Worldwide
It’s been two months since The LEGO Batman Movie opened in theaters. The LEGO Movie spin-off earned rave reviews and positive word of mouth from audiences. However, it has had noticeably weaker box office legs than its predecessor. The original movie grossed $257.7 million domestic and $469 million worldwide, an amount that this movie won’t match. Still, LEGO Batman was only made for $80 million, so it’ll churn a solid profit anyways. And you have to consider the increased competition this year. Not to mention how much the film is making on merchandise. This weekend, LEGO Batman finally surpassed the $300 million mark worldwide. It’s at $172.9 million domestic and…

“Kneel Before Grodd” – A Society is Born in the All-New INJUSTICE 2 Trailer
In the previous Injustice story trailer, we see Gorilla Grodd form a team of super villains. That idea is expanded upon in Shattered Alliances Part 4. Grodd, Captain Cold, Deadshot, Catwoman and more look to take down the Justice League. Check out the action packed trailer down below, and remember, they’re the bad guys. Will the heroes reunite to stop the Society? Including Superman? Who is Batman’s contact in Gorilla City? Catwoman is most logical choice, but you never know. We come away with more questions than answers, and I completely okay with that. Every trailer gets more and more intense and that’s all I need. For more news on…

Hinds admits that he wasn’t familiar with comic books before taking the role, while confirming that he did play the character with motion capture. For this process, Hinds wore a “very tight and embarrassing” suit, and he explains, “Basically they’re going to construct something, digitally, and then they will use my eyes and mouth.”…
