DC Movie News Bits: LEGION OF SUPERHEROES Update, Lance Reddick Wants To Play Martian Manhunter, No Costumes In SUICIDE SQUAD?
Last fall, it was reported that Warner Bros. was working on a film adaptation of DC Comics’ Legion of Superheroes. It was said that the development stage was very early on, and with WB/DC having since announced its lineup to 2020, it’s unknown where this film would fit (if at all). However, a greenlight has yet to be given. Additionally, Bleeding Cool reaffirms that this movie is seen as a response to the success of Marvel’s Guardians of the Galaxy. In fact,…

Today, it has been reported by Bleeding Cool that the pilot has been greenlit. The pilot had received a “put pilot commitment” meaning that Fox had all but guaranteed the pilot would be filmed. As of writing, there does not seem to be any confirmation either way but as soon as there is confirmation or denial Watchtower of Babel will have…

ARROW: First Look At Ray Palmer Fully Suited Up As The Atom
After several episodes teasing Ray Palmer’s evolution into the Atom on Arrow, we now have a first look at the finalized suit. The CW has released the following promotional image, featuring former Superman Brandon Routh donning his A.T.O.M. exosuit. This costume looks very impressive, especially given the show’s production budget. Routh is currently filming his guest-starring role in episode eighteen of The Flash, and it looks like the two heroes will suit up together in this “All-Star Team-Up.” But the Atom suit will make its debut sooner, as Palmer will first wear the costume in episode fifteen of Arrow season three, titled “Nanda Parbat.” That episode will air on The…

New TITANS Character Details Reveal The Team's Lineup
It was announced last year that TNT was developing a pilot called Titans, a new take on the fan-favorite group Teen Titans. The potential series stars Dick Grayson as he takes on the identity of Nightwing, while Starfire and Raven were previously confirmed to be a part of the team. And now, Nerdist News has learned the full lineup, as casting is now underway. There are certainly a few surprises, including the inclusion of a key Batman supporting character. As previously reported, Dick Grayson is the protagonist of Titans. However, it sounds like he won’t become Nightwing right away, as the pilot apparently begins with his still being Robin. Shortly…
