Arrow star David Ramsey recently said in an interview that the show’s creative team has considered the possibility of John Diggle eventually becoming John Stewart, aka one of the most popular Green Lanterns. This was a popular fan theory suggesting a way for Diggle to be further connected to the mainstream DC Universe. However, writer Marc Guggenheim has now debunked this theory, but he offers an interesting tidbit regarding Stewart. Speaking with MTV, Guggenheim confirmed that Diggle will not become Green Lantern on Arrow. Trailer For BATMAN UNLIMITED: ANIMAL INSTINCTS Animated Movie Released
It was announced a couple of weeks ago that DC Entertainment will produce animated movies and shorts for the Batman Unlimited toyline. The first film, Batman Unlimited: Animal Instincts, is set to hit DVD, Blu-Ray and Digital Download on May 12th. And now, via Comic Book Resources, Warner Bros. Animation has released the first trailer. In Batman Unlimited: Animal Instincts, the Penguin assembles an animal-inspired army (an “Animilitia”) consisting of supervillains such as Killer Croc, Man-Bat and Cheetah. One of the longest lasting fan theories for Arrow was that John Diggle would eventually become Green Lantern as the CW-verse’s version of John Stewart. While Diggle and Stewart do share similarities, the former has officially been added to the mainstream DC Universe as his own character. Rumor: NBC Looking for a New Home for CONSTANTINE
It has not been the easiest journey for Constantine.
