Michael Wilkinson Talks Designing Jason Momoa’s Aquaman Costume; Jared Leto on Playing The Joker in SUICIDE SQUAD
In addition to his work on Batman, Superman and Wonder Woman, costume designer Michael Wilkinson also created the design for Jason Momoa’s Aquaman, who makes his debut in Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice next year. Yesterday, director Zack Snyder revealed a first look at Momoa as the King of Atlantis, and he looks quite similar to the 1990s comic book version of the character (minus the hook hand, of course). Aquaman looks more barbaric and straight-up badass, which is what many expected when Momoa was cast. Speaking with Toofab, Wilkinson commented on designing this look for Aquaman. “It has been a thrill and an honor to bring this iconic…

At about midnight Eastern time, Director Zack Snyder sent out a tweet with the first official image of Jason Momoa’s Aquaman in Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice. Arrow Season 3, Episode 14, ‘The Return’ Review
[This is a review for Arrow season 3, episode 14: Uprising. There will be spoilers.] Oliver’s return to Starling is fairly short-lived, as he almost immediately takes off again—this time with Thea—to do some training back on Lian Yu. The two siblings don’t get much time in before it’s discovered that Slade Wilson has escaped from his inescapable prison, and is free on the island, setting up another showdown with Deathstroke. Unfortunately, the arrow misses the mark in almost every way possible in this episode. Most things that happen almost completely lack justification, and the episode plays out more like a piece of fan fiction than the show we grew…
