Rumor: BATMAN V SUPERMAN: DAWN OF JUSTICE Teaser Trailer Coming This Fall

While Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice is wrapping production at the end of the year, we have already seen quite a bit of marketing for the highly anticipated superhero team-up. A teaser was shown at San Diego Comic-Con last summer, while official promotional images for Superman, Batman, Wonder Woman and the Batmobile were released. However, fans have wondered when we would get a trailer for the Justice League prequel. A new rumor now suggests that we could be getting some officially released footage sooner than later.
According to Batman-on-Film‘s sources, a teaser trailer for Batman v Superman is “complete and ready to go,” and it is expected to be attached to a movie releasing in November or December. Of course, an online release is planned. No word on what movie exactly the trailer will be attached to, but Warner Bros.’ next two big films are November 7th’s Interstellar and December 17th’s The Hobbit: The Battle of the Five Armies, so it is likely one of those. In fact, if the trailer is indeed “ready to go,” then we could be getting it with the former. Another interesting tidbit regarding this trailer says that it is “Batman heavy,” which should especially please diehard fans of the Caped Crusader.
Of course, this information has yet to be confirmed officially, so take it with a pinch of salt until we receive verification. Stay tuned for more news as we have it.
Batman v. Superman: Dawn of Justice is scheduled to hit theaters March 25th, 2016. The second installment in the DC Cinematic Universe stars Henry Cavill, Ben Affleck, Amy Adams, Gal Gadot, Jesse Eisenberg, Callan Mulvey, Tao Okamoto, Holly Hunter, Jeremy Irons, Diane Lane and Laurence Fishburne.
