First DETECTIVE PIKACHU Trailer Released

The idea of a live action Pokemon is something I’ve personally been against from day one. The reason for that is I’ve always felt the design doesn’t work for CGI which would be needed.  So you can understand my reaction when I’ve heard the news about a live-action adaptation of the spin-off game of Detective Pikachu. 

Flash forward to today, and we have the first trailer to the movie. Had this been an animated film, it would have sold me right on the go. However, this movie is not animated. I was not a fan of how the Pokemon looked, but who knows. Maybe they will look better once the movie is released. It’s a few months away after all.
