Gotham show-runner, Bruno Heller, talked with Entertainment Weekly about hit Fox series and had teased out some information about what’s to come. First up, while Bruce Wayne is still a teenager and years from donning the Cowl Heller plans to introduce Dick Grayson. In a round-about way by bringing Dick’s parents, John and Mary, to the show down the line in what he calls a prenatal origin story. SUICIDE SQUAD Filming In Toronto Next Year; Working Title Revealed
Warner Bros.’ next DC Comics adaptation after Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice will be Suicide Squad, which unites many of the universe’s iconic villains. The movie, written and directed by David Ayer, is in the process of assembling an impressive cast. Margot Robbie is reportedly set to play Harley Quinn, while Jai Courtney is said to be in talks for Deadshot. Tom Hardy is also negotiating to play team leader Rick Flagg, while superstar Will Smith has been linked to an unknown role that is possibly Captain Boomerang. ARROW And THE FLASH Unite On TV Guide Cover In Anticipation Of Crossover Event
As a part of TV Guide‘s Holiday Preview issue, The CW’s two hit superhero TV shows – Arrow and The Flash – make the cover in anticipation of the epic crossover event airing this December. The first episode, appropriately titled “Flash vs. Arrow,” brings Team Arrow to Central City, as Oliver Queen and the Scarlet Speedster throw down. First Look At BATMAN VS. ROBIN’s ‘Ninja Talon’ In Action Figure Form
Following Justice League: Throne of Atlantis in January, DC’s second animated movie of 2015 will be Batman vs. Robin. LEGO Batman 3: Beyond Gotham was released onto multiple video game platforms last week, and it included the debut of the first three DLC packs on the season pass. Two More Potential Contenders To Direct WONDER WOMAN Movie Revealed
This week, it was reported that Warner Bros. was narrowing down its choice to direct the Wonder Woman movie, with Game of Thrones and Breaking Bad‘s Michelle MacLaren said to be the top contender for the highly coveted gig.
