Don't Expect the Dark Knight to Appear in the BATWOMAN Series

The Batwoman series will be the first time we visit Gotham City on The CW. With Batwoman having a strong connection to Batman, many have wondered if the Caped Crusader would finally appear on television. Well, we finally know the answer to that question.

After Oliver Queen’s name drop in Arrow season six this might be the only chance for a Batman cameo of some sort. During the Television Critics Association press tour, CW president Mark Pedowitz said: Batman already exists in the Arrowverse, Batwoman lives in Gotham but there are no plans at this time to have Batman appear.

It’s worth pointing out that Pedowitz said that “there are no plans at this time” leaving the door open for a future appearance. Will we ever see Batman in the Arrowverse? Possibly since we have Superman on Supergirl, but don’t expect him anytime soon.
