Breaking news! Warner Bros. has officially confirmed rumors that Wonder Woman will make her live action big screen debut in Batman vs. Superman, which hits theaters July 17th, 2015. Gal Gadot, who was recently seen in Fast & Furious 6, will play Diana Prince in the Zack Snyder-directed film, which stars Henry Cavill as Superman and Ben Affleck as Batman. Amy Adams, Laurence Fishburne, and Diane Lane will reprise their roles from Man of Steel. Wonder Woman was previously rumored to be Bruce Wayne’s mysterious love interest, as well as making a cameo. One of the most enjoyable elements in Man of Steel is the inclusion of multiple references to a wider DC Universe. From the Wayne Enterprises satellite to S.T.A.R. DC Entertainment Reportedly Developing Low Budget Adaptations For Spring And Fall Releases
It appears that DC Entertainment has a different and unexpected idea on how to further explore the DC Universe on film. A couple weeks ago, it was reported that movies for the likes of Deathstroke, Booster Gold and the Suicide Squad were being considered, with Man of Steel and Batman vs. Superman scribe David S.
