Rumor: BATMAN V SUPERMAN: DAWN OF JUSTICE’s Colossal Budget Revealed; New Info on JUSTICE LEAGUE Production
As we all know, Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice will directly lead into the highly anticipated two-part Justice League saga, which will begin filming early next year. Now, a new rumor suggests that the massive budget for the former film will have a major impact on the latter, indicating that Warner Bros. is pouring a lot of money into this new franchise. According to Latino-Review, the Batman v Superman budget has now elevated to a huge $410M. This would make it the most expensive film ever made, beating a record set by 2011’s Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides. Anywhere from set pieces and an extended production schedule…

Arrow, Season 4, Episode 2, ‘The Candidate,’ Review
[This is a full review, and there will be spoilers.] After the season 4 premier episode puts Team Arrow right back where we left them, episode 2 wastes no time in introducing new plot elements. While many appear quite promising for the long haul of season 4, one can’t help but feel some of the extra threads could also become cumbersome quite quickly. Whereas episode 1 was very much focused on the lack of leadership and the void left by the absence of The Arrow, episode 2 is very much about Leadership. Jessica Danforth decides to run for Mayor, Felicity struggles to convince the Palmer Technologies board of directors (and…

Long before Oliver Queen kicked off the DC television craze with Arrow, the character was set to star in a feature film titled Green Arrow: Escape From Super Max. The script, written by David S. Goyer and Justin Marks, saw the Emerald Archer being wrongfully imprisoned for murder in Super Max, a supervillain prison. The movie would have seen Queen in his attempts to escape, and cameos for Joker, Lex Luthor and Riddler were planned. Unfortunately, this project was later shelved, and it is unknown if Green Arrow has any role in the forthcoming DC Extended Universe. FX Developing Television Series Based on Y: THE LAST MAN
For years, New Line Cinema has tried to bring the acclaimed Vertigo comic Y: The Last Man to the big screen. However, last year, the film rights for the graphic novel reverted to creators Brian K. Vaughan and Pia Guerra. Obviously, this killed whatever movie plans New Line had. However, it looks like the story will be brought to life, but on the small screen instead. According to The Hollywood Reporter, Vaughan is teaming up with FX to create a Y: The Last Man television series. Color Force’s Nina Jacobson and Brad Simpson are also involved in the show, which is just “purely” in development right now. A writer is currently being…

Going back in time with Legends, and The Flash, I’m just this crazy, fun, enjoy everything while I kill everybody type…
