JUSTICE LEAGUE: Henry Cavill Says Snyder-Cut Wouldn’t Make a Difference
Henry Cavill spoke on the “Snyder-Cut” opportunity during his press tour for Mission: Impossible – Fallout. He doesn’t know if one actually exists or not, but he does think if one did exist, it wouldn’t make a difference. He says it might be entertaining, but it wouldn’t change what happened in Justice League, and ultimately it wouldn’t make money for the studio, so while it would be interesting to see the differences, the future is where it’s at. In the interview with Yahoo, he also talked about his hopes for Man of Steel 2, and what comic book story he would like to base it around. Brian Azzarello’s For Tomorrow…

We don’t need to go into detail here on how WB was unsatisfied with Snyder’s cut, how Joss Whedon changed things, and how the film lost money for the studio. Then there are the debates on whether Snyder’s cut actually exists, and if so, in what condition. Well, regardless of that, we shouldn’t expect it to be released. The Wall Street Journal has published a story on the #ReleaseTheSnyderCut movement, interviewing fans behind it and offering some background details. The site has confirmed with Warner Bros. that…

Why Warner Bros. Should Still Make a JUSTICE LEAGUE Sequel
It’s been a few months, and DC Films’ Justice League has come and gone. The film received lukewarm reviews and underperformed at the box office; in fact, Warner Bros. lost money on it. Thus, it’d be surprising if the studio spent another dime on the movie, even for the mysterious “Snyder Cut.” But what about a sequel? WB originally announced a second Justice League movie in 2014, back when the plan was to tell the story over two parts. However, the studio abbreviated it to the one movie. And now that the movie didn’t make money, that decreases the chances of any sort of follow-up. I’m probably the only person…
