Review: POWERLESS S1 E1 “Wayne or Lose”
The seventh live action DC Comics show, Powerless is a comedy set in a mash up DC Universe. Our main character is Emily (Vanessa Hudgens), a girl from a small town looking to make a difference. It’s Emily’s first day at Wayne Security, and here we meet the rest of our cast; Her boss, Van Wayne (Alan Tudyk), and coworkers, Ron (Ron Funches), Teddy (Danny Pudi), and Jackie (Christina Kirk). Located in Charm City, Wayne Security is an offshoot of the bigger Wayne Enterprise. This division of the company is struggling to stay afloat. Our team needs to come up with an all-new product before Bruce Wayne shuts them down.…

Review: JUSTICE LEAGUE ACTION Premiere
The League is finally back! For the first time since 2006 the Justice League has a new animated show. The Justice League Action premiere was a series of episodes connected together to create one over arcing story. The show starts off with Batman on patrol. Right from the opening shot you can tell this shows takes itself more seriously than Teen Titans Go!, the animation is good and Kevin Conroy is (always) great as Batman. The main villain of the story was Black Adam. He wants to take Shazam’s (the wizard) power. The only one capable of taking on Black Adam is Captain Marvel. Batman, Shazam and Captain Marvel are…

Review: BATMAN: THE TELLTALE SERIES
The Dark Knight returned (pun not intended) to consoles this year in Batman: The Telltale Series. This game is vastly different from his last outing, Batman: Arkham Knight. We follow Bruce Wayne, he’s a more inexperienced Batman and this is his first real battle. The choices you make impact the story. For instance, having the choice to save one character over the other. This leads to slight changes over the course of the story. Now, don’t expect two completely different experiences. They both lead down the same road, but they’re different enough where you will still get enjoyment out of it. Batman has to fight Lady Arkham and the Children Arkham.…

Mid-Season Recap: ARROW Season 5
Warning: This review contains mild spoilers. Arrow season five has brought the show back to its roots. Oliver works alone (with Felicity as tech support), and he’s doing everything he can to stop crime in Star City. This whole set up is similar to the show’s first season. With Diggle out of the picture and Thea retired; Oliver needs all the help he can get. Felicity wants to build team Arrow from the ground up, and convinces Oliver to recruit new allies, but Oliver isn’t to keen on the idea of having new partners – especially after losing Laurel. Oliver does listen to Felicity and recruits Rene Ramirez (Wild Dog),…

We’ve heard rumors on what these two games might be, but we didn’t report them because they weren’t credible sources. Well now there is so much evidence that we have to talk about it. According to NeoGaf user, Kenzodielocke, WB Montreal is developing a new Batman game. The details are down below! The game has reportedly been set for a summer 2017 release date. FEATURE: 6 Things We Want to See From YOUNG JUSTICE SEASON 3
We made it! Young Justice season 3 is finally happening. The announcement was made official yesterday. We last saw the team take down the light, and save the world. Now we’ll be taking a look at the 6 things we want to see in season 3. There will be spoilers, proceed with caution. 6. More Nightwing Dick Grayson is one of the main members of The Team; some might even say he’s the main character of the show. In season 2 Nightwing was the leader of the team and was a main focus, but he somehow still felt underutilised. He rarely left the cave and only had a couple of…

Recap: SUPERGIRL S2 E1 “The Adventures of Supergirl”
Warning: this review contains spoilers. Supergirl is back! After a long summer it’s nice to sit back and enjoy some DCTV. This episode picks up where the season finale left off. Team Supergirl is celebrating their victory, but it’s abruptly halted as a ship (very similar to Kara’s) crashes in National City. The ship is carrying a kryptonian or at the very least another alien. Kara and J’onn take the alien back to the DEO where it’s being tested. The DEO has a new facility that we’re all going to pretend existed the whole time – thanks CW! Later on Kara and James are going on their first date, but…
