Star Wars Legends. The books, the comics that kept Star Wars fans satiated after the original trilogy released, and continued releasing new content through the prequel trilogy, up until that fateful day in October of 2012 when Disney bought Lucasfilm. Later, it was announced that Disney would be rewriting Star Wars canon, and everything besides the movies and The Clone Wars would move to a new division of Star Wars. The Legends. Quite an uproar was made, but Disney continued with their plans, and the stories the Legends told have been, and will continue to be rewritten by new authors. Why the X-Men Should Not Join the Marvel Cinematic Universe
Yes, you read the title right. Don’t get me wrong. I like Marvel Cinematic Universe. I might not like some of them, but I am a fan. I can even go so far that Marvel could probably do wonders with the X-Men. But why then don’t I want the X-Men in the MCU? Well, that’s the entire point of this article. So with no further ado, let’s get going. A) X-Men wasn’t there when MCU started.Introducing X-Men is not the same thing as introducing the likes of Spider-Man, Fantastic Four. Both of these people are just several people. You can easily adapt them in. That’s not the case with the X-Men.…

Director James Wan calls Black Manta a “part mercenary but full-time pirate,”…

ANT-MAN AND THE WASP Tracking for a $75 Million Opening Weekend
At this point, everyone knows that a Marvel movie is going to make a ton of money. That looks to be the case with its next title, Ant-Man and The Wasp, which has hit tracking boards this week. According to The Hollywood Reporter, Ant-Man and The Wasp is tracking to gross $75 million in its opening weekend. If the movie sticks to that, it will have a noticeably bigger opening than the first Ant-Man, which debuted with $57.2 million in 2015. Of course, since it’s early days still, tracking will likely change as we draw closer to release. Assuming the movie gets positive word-of-mouth, then expect tracking to increase. Ant-Man…

Why Warner Bros. Should Still Make a JUSTICE LEAGUE Sequel
It’s been a few months, and DC Films’ Justice League has come and gone. The film received lukewarm reviews and underperformed at the box office; in fact, Warner Bros. lost money on it. Thus, it’d be surprising if the studio spent another dime on the movie, even for the mysterious “Snyder Cut.” But what about a sequel? WB originally announced a second Justice League movie in 2014, back when the plan was to tell the story over two parts. However, the studio abbreviated it to the one movie. And now that the movie didn’t make money, that decreases the chances of any sort of follow-up. I’m probably the only person…
