5 DC Movie/TV Characters We Want to See in THE FLASH Movie
This week, news broke that DC‘s The Flash/Flashpoint movie will feature a Batman – but not the one anyone expected. Michael Keaton, the star of Batman (1989) and Batman Returns, is in talks to return to his iconic role, in what is said to be the first of several appearances throughout the DC Extended Universe. This opens all kinds of doors for the film. Once thought to be just a loose adaptation of the Flashpoint comic, The Flash will now give moviegoers a glimpse of the DC Multiverse. This can allow for other characters from DC’s film and television history to appear. We saw this in The CW’s Crisis on…

The gang’s all here and it’s going to be just like old times. As you might expect; Barry…

Ezra Miller Writing His Own Script for THE FLASH; Could the Scarlet Speedster Be Recast?
DC Films‘ The Flash has taken an infamously long path in development hell. After multiple director changes, Jonathan Goldstein and John Francis Daley signed on to direct last year. Then we had productions delays due to scripting and Ezra Miller‘s schedule. The latest update takes the film into a…peculiar direction. However, it may be one that results in a new actor taking the title role. Miller is now writing his own script for The Flash. Not only that, but he’s working on it with renown comic book writer Grant Morrison. Miller wants a darker take on the film, and he’s taking matters into his own hands to pursue that. Right…

Rumor: THE FLASH Film to Start Production Later This Year
Fans of Ezra Miller’s Barry Allen have had a rough time in recent years. There has been a will they/won’t they scenario regarding the film’s production. Now, we have a report from Geeks World Wide that Warner Bros. is looking to kick off The Flash production later this fall. Hopefully, this means that Miller’s solo film will finally see the light of day; after many years of being stuck in the speed force. Outside of Ezra Miller, Kiersey Clemons is still attached to the role of Iris West, with Johnathon Goldstein and John Francis Daley still onboard for directing and writing duties. The Flash production date is supposedly scheduled for…

THE FLASH SPOILER Review: S5 E6- “The Icicle Cometh”
The Flash S5 E6- “The Icicle Cometh” Written by: Kristen Kim & Joshua V Gilbert Directed by: Chris Peppe Watching this episode I realized a few things; One: I must have watched this episode when I first came back from Japan to catch up because this was the déjà vu hour. Two: Not a lot happened because I actually smashed most of what happened in this episode in the following episode. Three: It’s time to put a name to episodes like this because while not a whole lot happened a lot of plot points for the overall season were kind of brought closer to the surface. First there was Caitlin…

FLASH SPOILER Review: Episode 5×10- “The Flash and the Furious”
The Flash (5×10)- “The Flash and the Furious” Written by: Kelly Wheeler & Sterling Gates Directed by: David McWhirter Alright! The second half of Season five kicks off with a title I am genuinely surprised they didn’t use earlier. (It’s like how both the Bruce Timm Batman cartoon and “The Batman” reworked Batman film titles for Batgirl episodes, you just know the next Batman cartoon will have an episode called “Batgirl v Superman” at some point.) The episode opens pretty much where we left off in the 100th episode with Nora in the future talking with Eobard Thawne still looking like Wells. (They’ll have to explain that soon enough.) We…

THE FLASH Will Bring Back Multiple Villains for Episode 100
The Flash will be hitting its 100th episode this year, and so far, details have been scarce. Unlike Arrow‘s 100th episode, this won’t be part of any crossover event. Instead, the “Elseworlds” crossover will move to the episode after. Now, it looks like the episode will see the return of multiple beloved Flash villains. DC World recently met Tony Todd, aka the voice of Zoom, at MCM Comic-Con London. There, Todd revealed that he is reprising the role for The Flash‘s 100th episode. Not only that, but he adds that the episode will bring back the show’s other speedster villains, and they all “want a piece” of Barry Allen. The…

The Flash has a new villain coming to Central City and he’s bound to have the team in knots. According to TV Insider, America’s Got Talent alum Troy James has been cast to play Rag Doll. In the comics, Peter Merkel (Rag Doll) has superhuman flexibility. James is a Contortionist and is the perfect person to play Rag Doll. It will be fun to see what he adds to The Flash. Moving on to Arrow, you’ll never guess what’s up with Roy Harper this season. That’s what Stephen Amell thinks at least. At Comic-Con International, Amell spoke about having Colton Haynes back. It’s fantastic, man! I love Colton! So having him back is terrific,…
