For this week’s new Son of Batman image, @SuperPRGuy has shared a first look at a previously unconfirmed character in the animated feature. He only referred to this character as someone “lurking in the shadows”, and revealed that he will be voiced by Fred Tatasciore. The creature seen in the following still is the villainous Killer Croc, who was previously confirmed to be featured in this movie. Tatasciore previously voiced Croc in the LEGO Batman 2: DC Superheroes video game. The actor, best known for voicing Hulk in various Marvel projects, previously worked with DC on Young Justice, the first two Batman: Arkham games, and more. Son of Batman marks the second…

BATMAN VS. SUPERMAN Confirmed To Film In Yorkville, Illinois In May
With Batman vs. Superman expected to begin filming within the coming month, we have a production update. According to Chicago Tribune, the Man of Steel follow-up will shoot in Yorkville, Illinois in mid-May. Last year, the Kent farm house from Man of Steel was reconstructed in the city. Unlike that movie, which shot scenes in other Illinois areas, Batman vs. Superman will only film in Yorkville. Production in the area was originally scheduled for February, but this was delayed “multiple times” following the movie’s release date being pushed to 2016. Director Zack Snyder previously suggested that filming officially starts in April. This was corroborated by costume designer Michael Wilkinson, who…

ARROW: Marc Guggenheim Confirms Guest Appearances By ‘Caitlin Snow’ And ‘Cisco Ramon’ In S2E19 “The Man Under the Hood”
After much speculation regarding S2E19 of Arrow, a leaked casting sheet revealed that two recurring characters from The Flash will feature. Now, via FlashTVNews, executive producer Marc Guggenheim has confirmed that Danielle Panabaker’s Caitlin Snow and Carlos Valdes’ Cisco Ramon will guest star in “The Man Under the Hood”. Usually, Guggenheim tweets a script page for each episode, but opted not to this time around. Why? “The reason I’ve been holding off on tweeting the title page for 19 is [because] 19 is co-written by Geoff Johns, Andrew Kreisberg, and Greg Berlanti, the team behind the Flash, and I felt like if I tweeted that, the jig would be up. Little…

Nightwing Featured In New Still From SON OF BATMAN
With Son of Batman set to hit stores on May 6th, we should be seeing more and more from the animated feature in the weeks to come. Thanks to @SuperPRGuy, we have a new image from the Grant Morrison adaptation, featuring Nightwing (voiced by Sean Maher). This still offers our best look at Dick Grayson yet in the film. The character wasn’t present in Morrison’s “Batman and Son”, upon which this movie is based, so it’s unknown just how big a role he will have here. Son of Batman focuses on Batman discovering that he had a son with Talia al Ghul named Damian Wayne, who becomes the new Robin.

FEATURE: Five Actors Who Should Be Considered To Play Green Lantern John Stewart In The DC Cinematic Universe
As one of DC’s most iconic characters, Green Lantern is expected to debut in the DC Cinematic Universe in Warner Bros.’ Justice League, if not sooner. Of course, there has been much debate on which Lantern to use. Despite the Green Lantern movie’s failure, should WB bring Hal Jordan back, albeit with a different actor? Or should the studio enlist John Stewart, a well-known Lantern who can bring some much-needed diversity to the League? Below, I’ve compiled a list of five actors who should be considered to play the latter on the big screen. #5 – Will Smith A generic choice, sure, but this is a piece of casting that…
