Two IMAX Posters for BATMAN V SUPERMAN: DAWN OF JUSTICE Released
With the Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice IMAX trailer screenings set for tonight, director Zack Snyder has released the first two posters from the highly anticipated film. These are presumably the memorabilia that will be handed out at tonight’s events. The posters feature the faces of Superman and Batman, but their eyes are covered with the the opposite character’s logo. Pretty cool artwork, especially since most movie posters nowadays are more Photoshop disasterpieces and less actual artwork. Check out the two posters below, and stay tuned for more news as we have it. Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice is scheduled to hit theaters March 25th, 2016. The second installment…

First Trailer for BATMAN V SUPERMAN: DAWN OF JUSTICE Now Online!
With a premiere set for Monday night at a few IMAX theaters, the first trailer for Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice was leaked online via a bootleg camera recording. Unsurprisingly, this has led Warner Bros. to release the teaser trailer online early. And boy, is it great. The footage offers new looks at Superman and Batman, with the latter looking like he was ripped right out of The Dark Knight Returns. Beautiful cinematography, thought-provoking dialogue, some terrific money shots…it’s pretty much all there. It focuses on how the world is reacting to Superman’s presence, and of course, there are plenty of mixed opinions, to say the least. And the…

JUSTICE LEAGUE: GODS AND MONSTERS Reveals Box Art
Bruce Timm’s return to DC Animation hits stores this summer in the form of Justice League: Gods and Monsters, and thanks to Super Hero Hype, we have our first look at the movie’s box art. Justice League: Gods and Monsters takes fans to a world where the world’s greatest heroes are a little more ruthless than the ones we know. Superman (Benjamin Bratt of Law & Order fame) is a ruthless man who was raised by someone other than the Kents. Batman (Michael C Hall of Dexter) is not Bruce Wayne and Wonder Woman (Paget Brewster from Criminal Minds) is not a warrior of Themyscira. These three are more brutal and…

John Stewart is Reportedly the JUSTICE LEAGUE Movie’s Green Lantern; Jim Parrack’s SUICIDE SQUAD Role Revealed
The Wrap’s Jeff Sneider has shared plenty of new DC movie tidbits on this week’s episode of Meet the Movie Press. Perhaps most significantly, he revealed that Warner Bros. is currently casting the role of Green Lantern John Stewart. This would confirm that Stewart will be the Lantern seen in the two-part Justice League film, as well as his own Green Lantern movie in 2020. It is currently unknown which actors are being considered for this role. After campaigning on social media, could Tyrese Gibson end up being cast? This news also seemingly debunks recent rumors of Hal Jordan appearing in Justice League, with Chris Pine linked to that role.…

The Hollywood Reporter confirms that Monster director Patty Jenkins has closed a deal to helm Wonder Woman for WB. Ironically, Jenkins was attached to direct Marvel’s Thor: The Dark World a few years ago, but she dropped out due to “creative differences” – the same reason cited when MacLaren left Wonder Woman.
