DAREDEVIL Season 3 Gets a Premiere Date and Teaser
Netflix has begun promotion for the third season of Marvel’s Daredevil. Today, the network released a new teaser, and it reveals the season’s premiere date. Thankfully, it’ll be here much sooner than expected. Daredevil season three will be available on Friday, October 19th. This marks a little over a month after the last Marvel Netflix installment, Iron Fist season two, making it the shortest time span in between seasons. Bullseye Reportedly Coming to DAREDEVIL Season 3
Filming is still going on for the third season of Netflix’s Daredevil. So far, plot details are under wraps. The season is rumored to take influence from the Born Again story arc, while Wilson Fisk is returning. And, of course, it has to follow up on that cliffhanger ending of The Defenders. Vincent D'Onofrio Teases Wilson Fisk's Return for DAREDEVIL Season 3
Vincent D’Onofrio’s Wilson Fisk was the main antagonist of Daredevil‘s first season, quickly cementing himself was one of the Marvel Cinematic Universe’s greatest villains so far. He appeared in a couple episodes of season two, but he is returning as a regular in season three. DAREDEVIL Season 3 Will Reportedly Begin Production in October
Netflix renewed Marvel’s Daredevil for a third season last year, shortly after the premiere of its second season. Since then, we’ve heard little about the Man Without Fear’s next standalone adventure, following this week’s crossover miniseries The Defenders. Now, we may know when the season starts shooting. According to MCU Exchange, Daredevil season three will begin production in October, specifically during the later weeks. This goes along with star Charlie Cox’s past comments about filming later this year. Following its universally loved first season, FX’s Legion will return for a second season next year. Production is now underway. In the mean time, the series is returning to San Diego Comic-Con next month. FX has confirmed (via Deadline) that Legion will be part of its SDCC panel. The panel takes place on Thursday, July 20th in Ballroom 20. Showrunner Noah Hawley, star Dan Stevens, Marvel TV head Jeph Loeb, and other cast members are expected to appear. We’ve got casting news for y’all! There are loads of animated movies coming from DC this year, with Reign of the Supermen already out and Batman: Hush, Wonder Woman: Bloodlines, and Justice League vs. The Fatal Five to come. Revenge of The Fans has picked up the cast list for the first animated solo Wonder Woman movie since 2009.
