“Be the Batman” in Live Action Trailer for BATMAN: ARKHAM KNIGHT
Next month will finally see the release of Batman: Arkham Knight, the epic conclusion to Rocksteady’s Batman: Arkham trilogy. To celebrate, a new trailer for the video game has been released, and this one utilizes a unique formula. The trailer combines live action footage with game footage. It features people in real-life situations who must become courageous and selfless, characteristics shared by the Dark Knight. In other words, “Be the Batman.” Check out the trailer below, and stay tuned for more as we have it. Batman: Arkham Knight will be released on June 23rd for Xbox One, Playstation 4 and PC.

Production on Preacher is in full swing and today Deadline reported that London Born actor, Tom Brooke has joined the cast. Son of actor Paul Brooke (probably best known to most as the Rancor Keeper in Return of the Jedi (imdb1)) Tom Brooke broke into acting in 2004 in the sequel to Bridget Jones’ Diary, Bridget Jones: Edge of Reason. (Strangely enough, his father was in the first film.) He had a recurring role on the BBC comedy Thieves Like Us in 2007. Released Date and Cover Art Revealed for Next BATMAN UNLIMITED Animated Movie
Last week saw the DVD/Blu-Ray release of the animated film Batman Unlimited: Animal Instincts, which is inspired by Mattel’s Batman Unlimited toyline. The movie saw the Caped Crusader teaming up with Red Robin, Nightwing, Green Arrow and The Flash to take on animal-themed villains. It was previously reported that a sequel to the film would debut later this year, and now, we know exactly when. Which LEGENDS OF TOMORROW Stars Will Also Appear on ARROW and THE FLASH?
When DC’s Legends of Tomorrow premieres early next year, joining Arrow and The Flash, three DC Entertainment shows will also run simultaneously on The CW. Crossovers between all three shows have been expected, and according to The Flash star Grant Gustin, that is the plan. Speaking with Buzzfeed, Gustin says that DC’s Legends of Tomorrow feels less like a spin-off and more like a third part of the same story being told by The Flash and Arrow. Despite CBS’ Supergirl being created by the same team behind Arrow, The Flash and DC’s Legends of Tomorrow, there is currently no hurry to integrate Kara Zor-El into the DC CW Universe. All of these shows are being produced by Greg Berlanti, who is the subject of the latest cover of Variety.
