BATMAN V SUPERMAN: DAWN OF JUSTICE Film Crew Collectibles Reveal New Logo; Another Rumor On Trailer’s Release
Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice completed filming last month, with more than a year’s worth of post-production to be done. When production concluded, star Henry Cavill gave “challenge coins” to members of the film’s cast and crew, continuing a tradition of his. There were two types of coins, one with the Superman logo and one with the Batman symbol. The latter is particularly interesting, as it looks slightly different from the bat emblem in the Dawn of Justice logo released last year (you can see that above). This version of the bat-symbol has a longer tail and is a little wider, giving it an appearance closer to Frank Miller’s…

Producer David Heyman Offers a FABLES Update
Bill Willingham’s Fables has been one of the most popular and praised comics of the last decade. The story of Bigby Wolf, Snow White and the people of Fabletown has pulled in fourteen Eisner Awards thus far and its popularity has given rise to two television series inspired by the book: Once Upon a Time on ABC and Grimm on NBC. However, when it comes to live action adaptations, Fables has been in development hell for quite a while now. Warner Brothers Television tried to develop a series in 2005 with NBC; the project fizzled and was eventually reworked into Grimm. When they again with ABC in 2008, that project…

The actor recently appeared at the British Academy of Film and Television Arts award season tea party, and he commented on the 2016 superhero epic in an interview with Daily Mail (via Henry Cavill News; transcription via CBM). Obviously, Cavill is mum on details, but he does have this to say when asked what to expect from Dawn of Justice. “It’s Zack Snyder, so it’s going to be a visual spectacle and it’s cinematic history. We’re doing Batman and we’re doing Superman, and it’s all happening at…

One of the popular complaints from the fan community is a consistently that there are very few “jump-in” points for kids.
