Home Entertainment has confirmed that it will be bringing two upcoming animated features to NYCC, as well as the documentary Batkid Begins. As we all know, Batman was created by Bob Kane and Bill Finger in 1939. However, the former has received sole credit in comic book, film and television adaptations of the character, due to an original deal with DC Comics. While Kane did play a role in Batman’s conception, Finger contributed so much to the character’s mythos, He created the Jim Gordon character, Gotham City and Batman’s Bruce Wayne alter ego, as well as co-created Joker, Robin and Catwoman. First look at the Tumbler and Nightwing DLC in BATMAN: ARKHAM KNIGHT
The latest Arkham Insider has been released, giving us our first look at ‘Nightwing: GCPD Lockdown’ and the Tumbler racetracks. The Nightwing challenge pack has players trying to prevent the Penguin from breaking out of GCPD, using predator maps to takedown the Penguin thugs. The ‘2008 Movie Batmobile Pack’ allows players to drive in familiar locations from the Dark Knight Trilogy (similar as the 1989 pack). The Tumbler is coming to Batman: Arkham Knight September 22nd, while Nightwing: GCPD Lockdown is available September 29th. Batman: Arkham Knight is available now on Xbox One, PS4 and PC.
