Talulah Riley and Alex Hernandez in Talks to Join BLOODSHOT
Valiant Entertainment’s Bloodshot movie is kicking into highgear! Set for release by Sony, written by Eric Heisserer (Arrival), and directed by special effects wizard Dave Wilson, the production is shaping up to be a must-see reminiscent of the first Iron Man film. Vin Diesel is set to play the title character, while Eiza González, Michael Sheen, and Sam Heughan have all joined the cast in supporting roles.
Now, we have news on some additional casting announcements as the film gets ready for its July shooting date.
The Wrap reports that Actress Talulah Riley is in the talks to play Gina, Bloodshot’s wife. Riley is an alumni of Westworld, Inception, and she also had a minor role in Thor: The Dark World.
Alex Hernandez is up for the role of Tibbs, a scientist responsible for Bloodshot’s nanotech. Hernandez is mostly known from the TV world, with roles in Unreal, The Son, and Hemlock Grove. He’s also had roles in the video games Batman: The Enemy Within and Mafia III.
Bloodshot is set for release in 2019.
