According to the site, the show is looking to cast a character with codenamed David, a 20-something male with dark hair. David is described as a powerful and merciless individual, and he is kept as a prisoner in a mysterious lab. Wally West Won’t Be a Series Regular on LEGENDS OF TOMORROW Next Season
Keiynan Lonsdale’s Wally West was a key supporting character on The Flash for a couple years, before leaving during its fourth season. He went on to join Legends of Tomorrow in the second half of this past season, and he was arguably a better fit there than he ever was on Flash. Unfortunately, even that has to come to an end. According to TV Line, Lonsdale will not be returning to Legends of Tomorrow season four – at least as a series regular. First Details on New ARROW, THE FLASH and SUPERGIRL Characters
Arrow and The Flash have finished their seasons, with Supergirl still going for a few more weeks. All three shows are returning for new seasons in the fall, and inevitably, that means new characters. Today, we have some new details on what to expect from those new characters. Per TV Line, Arrow is currently looking to cast two new recurring characters for its seventh season. Next Arrowverse Crossover to Introduce Batwoman and Gotham City
Over the years, The CW’s Arrowverse crossovers have featured the likes of Captain Boomerang, Vandal Savage, an alien invasion, and even Nazi doppelgangers from another Earth. Now, in this year’s crossover event, our heroes will be meeting a new ally. Arrow star Stephen Amell announced at The CW’s Upfronts panel today (via TV Line) that the next Arrowverse crossover will introduce Kate Kane, aka Batwoman. She will fight alongside Green Arrow, Flash, Supergirl, and the Legends in another action-packed event. The crossover will air in early December. But that’s not all. SUPERGIRL and ARROW Shift to New Nights Next Fall, iZOMBIE Season 5 is Its Last
The CW has unveiled its fall schedule for the 2018-2019 season, ahead of its Upfronts presentation later today. The new schedule makes a couple big changes on the DC front, while we have confirmation of one show entering its final season. Supergirl is shifting from Mondays at 8 to Sundays at 8 PM EST for its fourth season, kicking off the network’s newly announced expansion to six nights a week. The CW Renews All Five DC Shows and RIVERDALE for Next Season
The CW has officially announced that ten of its shows have been picked up for new seasons. These include six comic book adaptations. Arrow, the show that launched the network’s Arrowverse has been renewed for a seventh season. Midseason hit Black Lightning, based on the DC comic, will be back for a second season. Fellow DC adaptations Supergirl and Legends of Tomorrow will return for fourth seasons.
