ARROW: Barry Allen's Accident Will Impact Oliver And Felicity In Mid-Season Premiere

It appears that Barry Allen’s (Grant Gustin) Flash-y accident will indeed have an impact on next week’s Arrow mid-season premiere. According to TV Guide, we will find out what happens to Allen following his being struck by lightning, causing Felicity (Emily Bett Rickards) to leave Starling City – right when Oliver (Stephen Amell) needs her most. The site says to expect a “devastating quarrel” between the two. Barry and Felicity quickly established a strong bond between them in the last two episodes of Arrow, so it will be interesting to see what happens. And could Felicity be featured in the planned Flash spin-off series, further connecting the two shows? Arrow returns to The CW next Wednesday, January 15th.
