BATMAN VS. SUPERMAN: Mark Twight Apparently Getting Gal Gadot Into Wonder Woman Shape In Tel Aviv, Israel

While many comic book fans have unfairly criticized Gal Gadot’s body shape when she was cast as Wonder Woman, the actress has since confirmed that she’s undergoing a rigorous training regime for the role. It appears that Gym Jones founder Mark Twight – who has trained actors for 300 and Man of Steel – is re-teaming with director Zack Snyder for Batman vs. Superman, and will help get Gadot into the right physique. Twight recently tweeted the following image, saying that it was going to be his “neighborhood” for a while. Man of Steel Fanpage has confirmed that the picture is of Tel Aviv, Israel, where Gadot lives. Meanwhile, Ynet News has posted several images of the actress leaving a gym, following a workout session. So, putting two and two together, it looks like Twight is currently getting Gadot into Wonder Woman shape. With filming expected to begin soon, it likely won’t be long to see the results of Gadot’s commitment to her role.

Batman vs. Superman (not the final title) is scheduled to hit theaters July 17th, 2015. The follow-up to Man of Steel, the next installment in the DC Cinematic Universe stars Henry Cavill, Ben Affleck, Amy Adams, Gal Gadot, Diane Lane, and Laurence Fishburne, with Jason Momoa in talks to join. Zack Snyder directs from a script by David S. Goyer and Chris Terrio.
