LEGO DC COMICS: JUSTICE LEAGUE VS. BIZARRO LEAGUE Animated Movie Coming To Blu-Ray Next February

The LEGO DC Superheroes brand has been very successful over the past couple years. Appearing in video games LEGO Batman 2: DC Superheroes and LEGO Batman 3: Beyond Gotham in the midst of a profitable toyline, LEGO iterations of the Justice League also headlined the animated movie LEGO Batman: The Movie – DC Superheroes Unite and the recent Cartoon Network special LEGO DC Comics: Batman Be-Leagured. In fact, following a memorable supporting role in The LEGO Movie, Batman will headline his own spin-off feature film in 2017’s The LEGO Batman Movie. And now, we have another addition to this impressive resume.

Via World’s Finest Online, Warner Bros. Home Entertainment is set to release an original animated movie based on the LEGO DC Superheroes line. Titled LEGO DC Comics: Justice League vs. Bizarro League, the film will be available on DVD, Blu-Ray and Digital Download on February 10th, 2015. No details on the plot, bonus features or voice cast have been confirmed, but an official announcement is expected to be made in the coming weeks. For now, we have the initial artwork for the Blu-Ray combo pack, which looks to include a bonus minifigure.

While plot details are unconfirmed, the title and cover strongly suggest that this movie will see the Justice League be pitted against Bizarro versions of themselves.
