
Lorne Balfe Hired to Score THE LEGO BATMAN MOVIE
Warner Bros. will release The LEGO Batman Movie early next year. Chris McKay directs from a script by Seth Grahame-Smith. The film is a spin-off from the wildly successful The LEGO Movie, with Will Arnett reprising his role as the Caped Crusader. Now, the movie has a composer.
According to Film Music Reporter, composer Lorne Balfe is set to create the musical score for The LEGO Batman Movie. Balfe has previously scored films such as Penguins of Madagascar, Home and Terminator Genisys. He is also a frequent collaborator with the great Hans Zimmer.
