MAN OF STEEL’s Henry Cavill Nominated For “Best Hero” At 2014 MTV Movie Awards
The nominees for the 2014 MTV Movie Awards were announced this week, and last summer’s Man of Steel nabbed a spot in one category. Star Henry Cavill, who wonderfully portrayed Superman in the Zack Snyder-directed reboot, is up for the “Best Hero” award. Also nominated for that award are Robert Downey Jr. (Iron Man 3), Chris Hemsworth (Thor: The Dark World), Channing Tatum (White House Down), and Martin Freeman (The Hobbit: The Desolation of Smaug).
Unfortunately, Man of Steel is nowhere to be seen on the rest of the list, which is dominated by other films such as American Hustle and The Hunger Games: Catching Fire.
