Details On Lexcorp-Centric Scene From BATMAN V. SUPERMAN: DAWN OF JUSTICE Surface
Jesse Eisenberg is set to begin filming his scenes as Lex Luthor for Batman v. Superman: Dawn of Justice this month, and we now have new details on a scene concerning his company, LexCorp. According to Batman-News, production moves to LexCorp next week. The scene in question will be shot on June 12th and 13th, and is set in the fall. LexCorp is described as “a young, edgy company. Think of it as a .com or Google type workplace. It’s a smart company with a stylish vibe, a youthful clash of rock and roll, preppy, and nerdy employees.” This shouldn’t come across as too surprising, since Eisenberg’s Luthor will be our youngest big screen take on the iconic villain yet.
Batman-News’ source then affirms that Eisenberg himself will be filming this scene, so we can expect to see him spotted on set soon. Finally, next week will also see the filming of a “big” military scene from Dawn of Justice. Stay tuned for more news on Batman v. Superman as we have it.
Batman v. Superman: Dawn of Justice is scheduled to hit theaters May 6th, 2016. A follow-up to Man of Steel, the next installment in the DC Cinematic Universe stars Henry Cavill, Ben Affleck, Amy Adams, Gal Gadot, Jesse Eisenberg, Callan Mulvey, Tao Okamoto, Holly Hunter, Ray Fisher, Jeremy Irons, Diane Lane, and Laurence Fishburne. Zack Snyder directs from a script by David S. Goyer and Chris Terrio.
