ARROW: First Look At Laurel Lance As The New Black Canary

Ever since the beginning of the series, there has been much talk over when Katie Cassidy’s Laurel Lance will suit up as Black Canary on Arrow. Her sister Sara filled the role in the series’ second season, but after her death in the season three premiere, Laurel was put on a path to take over the role. She has spent the last couple episodes training with Ted Grant, and now, we know not only when the new Canary makes her debut, but we have a first look at her new look.

Via Entertainment Weekly, we have a first official glimpse at Laurel suited up as the new Black Canary. She will first appear in costume in the tenth episode of the season, “Left Behind,” which will be the first episode following the series’ winter hiatus.
