LEGO JUSTICE LEAGUE: ATTACK OF THE LEGION OF DOOM Animated Movie Announced
After the success of 2013’s Lego Batman: The Movie – DC Super Heroes Unite and this year’s
Lego DC Comics Super Heroes: Justice League vs. Bizarro League, a third animated direct-to-DVD movie based on the DC Superheroes LEGO line has been announced. Titled LEGO DC Comics Super Heroes – Justice League: Attack of the Legion of Doom, this installment will be released on August 25th, and it will be available on DVD, Blu-Ray and Digital Download.
As expected, the movie will see the Justice League take on the Legion of Doom, which brings together some of DC’s greatest supervillains. The cast consists of Troy Baker as Batman, Nolan North as Superman, Grey Griffin as Wonder Woman and Lois Lane, Josh Keaton as Green Lantern, James Arnold Taylor as The Flash, Khary Payton as Cyborg, and Dee Bradley Baker as Martian Manhunter and Man-Bat.
The cast of villains features John DiMaggio as Lex Luthor and Joker, Mark Hamill as Trickster and Sinestro, Tom Kenny as Penguin, Cree Summer as Cheetah, Tony Todd as Darkseid, and Kevin Michael Richardson as Captain Cold, Gorilla Grodd and Black Manta.
LEGO DC Comics Super Heroes – Justice League: Attack of the Legion of Doom is overseen by Brandon Vietty. Rick Morales directs from a script written by Jim Krieg.
