BATMAN: RETURN TO ARKHAM Coming to Consoles This Summer?

After the end of the Batman Arkham Trilogy last year, many fans have been waiting for the first two games (Batman: Arkham Asylum and Batman: Arkham City) to come to current gen consoles (Xbox One and PS4). Talks of remastered version of the Arkham games have been rumored for years now. Thankfully, it looks like fans finally will get what they all wanted, as a game titled Batman: Return to Arkham has been leaked.

Now, I can’t site one source in particular, but multiple leaks have been appearing online. We’ve had leaks from Gamestop Italy, an Italian gaming magazine, as well as the rating system PEGI giving the game a 16 (or Teen) rating. All of the leaks suggest that the game will be released next month, June 10th; they also give the following description:

  • Batman Return to Arkham includes the critically acclaimed titles Batman: Arkham Asylum and Batman; Arkham City.
  • Updated visuals optimized for Playstation 4 and Xbox One
  • The versions include all previously released DLC and additional content

With no word from Rocksteady Studios or Warner Brothers Interactive, we still haven’t rece any official details on the remastered games. With all of these leaks giving the same description and the same release date – it’s hard not to take this seriously. Are looking for to the rumored Remastered version of Arkham Asylum and Arkham City? We’ll see how this plays out, until then stay tuned.
