JUSTICE LEAGUE Director Zack Snyder Reveals First Look at J.K. Simmons as Commissioner Gordon
Today is officially Batman Day, and to celebrate, Zack Snyder has quite the present. The Justice League director has tweeted a new image from the film, and it features a first glimpse at J.K. Simmons as key Batman supporting character James Gordon, the police commissioner of Gotham City.
Simmons recently wrapped filming his “small role” in Justice League, and the plan is for Gordon to appear in several more DC movies. For example, don’t be surprised if Simmons is in Ben Affleck’s Batman film.

Justice League is scheduled to hit theaters November 17th, 2017. The fifth installment in the DC Extended Universe stars Ben Affleck, Henry Cavill, Amy Adams, Gal Gadot, Ezra Miller, Jason Momoa, Ray Fisher, Amber Heard, Joe Morton, Willem Dafoe, Jeremy Irons, Jesse Eisenberg and J.K.
