Captain Cold and Damien Darhk Set to Return for LEGENDS OF TOMORROW Season 3
At tonight’s San Diego Comic-Con panel, it was announced that some fan-favorite Arrowverse characters will be making their returns to DC’s Legends of Tomorrow next season.
First off, Neal McDonough’s Damien Darhk has been upgraded to series regular for Legends season three. Darhk was the main villain of Arrow‘s fourth season, where he killed Laurel Lance/Black Canary. He later returned as a member of the Legion of Doom on Legends, putting him directly up against Laurel’s sister, Sara.
Next, Wentworth Miller’s Leonard Snart/Captain Cold will return as a recurring character. Originally a villain on The Flash, Snart became a hero on Legends and made the ultimate sacrifice. However, a past version later resurfaced as a member of the Legion of Doom.
Finally, Arthur Darvill’s Rip Hunter will once again be a recurring character this season. After leaving the Legends last season, the former Captain will now lead the Time Bureau, who will come into conflict with the Legends.
Stay tuned for more as we have it. DC’s Legends of Tomorrow returns on Tuesday, October 10th at 9 PM EST on The CW.
