SHAZAM Casts Two More Friends of Billy Batson

Today, we have some more casting news for New Line’s Shazam, which is the next DC film to undergo production.

According to Deadline, actors Ian Chen and Jovan Armand have landed roles in the superhero movie. Chen will play Eugene and Armand will play Pedro, two friends of Billy Batson’s in a group home.

The two join Zachary Levi as Shazam, Asher Angel as Billy Batson, Jack Dylan Grazer as Freddy Freeman, and Grace Fulton as another friend of Billy’s.

Shazam will begin shooting in February under the direction of David F. Sandberg. The film is set to hit theaters in April 2019.
