Thanos’ Origin Will Be Told in New Novel
While Thanos is essentially be the main character in Avengers: Infinity War, we’re apparently not going to see his origin story play out in detail. With the film running for about 2 and a half hours and featuring dozens of other Marvel characters, this decision makes sense. But fortunately, we’ll learn all about Thanos’ origin – just in a different medium. It has been announced (via io9) that this fall will see the release of a new tie-in novel. Avengers: Infinity War has already been expected to be a massive hit. Ticket presales have been through the roof, trailer views have been incredible, and the film is already tracking for a $200 million+ opening. Now, the movie is setting a new record on advance ticket sales. Marvel’s Avengers: Infinity War is arguably the most anticipated comic book movie event in history. The film unites the Avengers, the Guardians of the Galaxy, Spider-Man, Black Panther, and more heroes in the ultimate battle to save Earth.
