These Shows Will Be Present at New York Comic-Con 2018
Warner Bros. TV and Marvel Television have announced their lineups for this year’s New York Comic-Con, and a lot of fan-favorite shows will be present. Marvel will be showcasing The Runaways season two at Madison Square Garden, while a new episode from The Gifted will be shown at the Javits Center. Most significantly, we’ll be getting a first look at Daredevil season three in its own panel, which will also be at Madison Square Garden. As previously announced, DC Universe’s Titans will hold a world premiere screening at NYCC on October 3rd, before its official launch on October 12th. Marvel’s RUNAWAYS Will Show MCU Connections in Season 2
The Runaways will be returning for a second season on Hulu December 21st. The series has always felt like its own standalone story. So much so, you’d never know that it was set in the same world as Thor: Ragnarok or Avengers: Infinity War. Well, after the events of the first season, we will finally see that connection. During a set visit earlier this month, showrunners Josh Schwartz and Samantha Savage talked about referencing the larger MCU in the second season. Our First Look at Marvel's RUNAWAYS is Here
During New York Comic-Con we got our first looks at Marvel’s latest project, Runaways. The Hulu original is based on the comic of the same name. It focuses on super-powered children having to take down their evil parents. Check out the trailer below! Here’s the official synopsis: Marvel’s Runaways is the story of six diverse teenagers who can barely stand each other but who must unite against a common foe – their parents. The popular classic explores the younger side of the Marvel Universe in a coming of age, new action series. Runaways will premiere on Hulu November 21st!
