Among the four new characters being introduced in Arrow‘s third season is a villain named “Seth”. The role is described as a criminal who uses a drug to drain his enemies of willpower. It’s likely that Seth is merely a name used just for this casting call, and that the character will have a different (and more familiar) alias on the show. Now, we have more info on this villain.
According to TV Line, the casting call for Seth has been changed slightly, and it includes intriguing new details. The character is now described as, “a “shade of a man” with a quiet intensity, a “criminal mastermind who whistles classical music” as he goes about his devious business. There’s also talk of him having “reptilian eyes.” Whomever he is, he will be the Big Bad for the season opener.” There are several DC villains who fit the reptilian description, such as King Snake and Copperhead. Could one or both of these foes be adapted into the world of Arrow this season? Hopefully, we’ll have more details soon. Arrow Season 3 premieres October 8th on The CW.
