Roy Harper Suits Up As Arsenal In New Promotional Image From ARROW Season 3

Fans have been waiting to see Colton Haynes’ Roy Harper take up a superhero identity on Arrow for some time, whether it’s Arsenal or Red Arrow. It was previously confirmed that he will eventually go by the former name, and now we know when Arsenal makes his big debut. Thanks to Entertainment Weekly, we have a new promo image from the show’s third season which sees Harper fully suited up. After his ordeal with the Mirakuru in the second season, Roy is now fully a member of Team Arrow, and has apparently completed his training during the six month hiatus. The Arsenal suit makes its first appearance in the Season 3 premiere, which airs October 8th on The CW. What do you think of Roy’s new costume on Arrow?
